STS-126 Night Launch - Nov. 14, 2008 : Viewing the launch of STS-126, the orbiter Endeavour, from the OSB II building third floor at the Kennedy Space Center (KSC) near the Vehicle Assembly Building (VAB) & the Launch Control Center (LCC). This is 3.37 miles from the launch pad (39A). What an awesome thing to see (and feel) at night! Wish I had had a better camera for capturing this event. The last 2 images are actually videos I made with my pocket sized digital still camera.

San Diego Fishing - Thanksgiving 2007 : Steve found a really good deal for an offshore fishing trip so Dad, Brad, Steve & I went. We had to do the afternoon/evening trip because there were not enough people for the boat to go out in the morning. As it turned out there were only 8 or 10 paying customers on the boat when we went out. The boat's capacity is something like 80 people so we all had plenty of room & help from the crew. We caught more fish than any other group on the boat by far & Steve even won the pot for catching the biggest fish! Steve cooked them up for us later that night for dinner. That was REALLY good fish!
